Skin lesions consist of pruritic popular or nodular excoriated lesions mainly affecting exposed skin but covered skin is also involved in up to 50% of patients. This is the first case report of an Iranian patient. This 19-year-old female had pruritic popular and nodular lesions on face, trunk, buttocks and extremities since age of 9 years. The lesions were photosensitive.
