Usually plantar and periungual lesions are resistant to traditional treatments and cause a lot of trouble for patients. The aim of this study was to evaluate therapeutic effects of intralesional Bleomycin injection. This study was performed on 38 cases of recalcitrant warts. All the lesions disappeared by one or two injections during 1-2 months.
